Operations in a Box ("we," "our") is a product of AndyUnpacks. This policy describes how we handle your information.
When you sign up for our free checklist or purchase a product, we collect your email address. If you purchase through Gumroad, Gumroad collects your payment information — we never see or store your credit card details.
Our website uses Cloudflare's built-in analytics, which tracks aggregate page views and visitor counts. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.
Your email address is used to: deliver the product you purchased or the free resource you requested, send a short welcome email sequence (3 emails over 4 days), and occasionally notify you of new products or updates. That's it.
Your email is stored in our database (Cloudflare D1) and processed through Resend.com for email delivery. Your payment is processed by Gumroad. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone else.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. If you want your email deleted from our database entirely, email hello@andyunpacks.com and we'll remove it within 48 hours.
